We know not every home/business is built the same, that is why we tailor our quotes to your individual needs. The company representative that provides your quote will first take measurements of your existing insulation to determine the R value that your home already has. Next, he will measure the total space that will require blown in insulation. While taking measurements, he will be looking for any air leaks that will need to be sealed as well as the presence of any duct work that will need to be insulated. He will also assess the ventilation needs of your attic and check for the presence of mold, mildew, damage from pests or moisture. Finally, he will take measurements of any space that cannot accommodate blown in insulation and will require an alternative material like E-Shield™.
